Description

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of brioche bread, cubed
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups eggnog
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • Powdered sugar for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, eggnog, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Add the cubed brioche to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Drizzle maple syrup over the top.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
