This eggnog French toast casserole is a festive breakfast option.

- 1 loaf of brioche bread, cubed
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups eggnog
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- Powdered sugar for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, eggnog, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Add the cubed brioche to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Drizzle maple syrup over the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
