Creamy Seafood Stuffed Shells are delicious pasta shells filled with a rich seafood mixture and topped with a creamy sauce.

- 16 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, shrimp, crab meat, Parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until warm, then stir in mozzarella cheese until melted.
- Spread half of the cream sauce in a baking dish.
- Place stuffed shells in the dish and cover with remaining cream sauce.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- For added flavor, use fresh herbs like parsley or dill.
- Substitute seafood with your choice of protein if desired.
- Allow to cool before serving for better texture.
