Description

Cranberry oat bars for the holiday season.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, cranberries, nuts, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat honey and almond butter until melted.
  4. Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture and stir well.
  5. Press the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
