Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb clams, cleaned
- 1 lb mussels, cleaned
- 1 lb white fish fillets, cut into chunks
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced bell pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 4 cups fish stock
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, fish stock, white wine, red pepper flakes, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add fish and shellfish. Cook until all seafood is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
