Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb clams, cleaned
  • 1 lb mussels, cleaned
  • 1 lb white fish fillets, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup diced bell pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 4 cups fish stock
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in crushed tomatoes, fish stock, white wine, red pepper flakes, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Add fish and shellfish. Cook until all seafood is cooked through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
