Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups chocolate frosting
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and line a 15×10 inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and add oil and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Spread batter evenly in the pan.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until set.
- Roll the cake in a towel while warm and let cool.
- Unroll the cake and spread frosting on top.
- Roll the cake again and frost the outside.
- Use a fork to create bark-like texture.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Use fresh ingredients for best results.
- Can be made a day in advance.
