Description

Delicious chocolate peppermint cheesecake bars with a creamy filling and a chocolate crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking pan.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs and peppermint extract, mix until combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and crushed peppermint candies.
  7. Pour the mixture over the crust.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  9. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
