Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Spread the shredded chicken evenly over the flatbread.
- Top with sliced mozzarella and halved cherry tomatoes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
