Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Wash the blueberries and remove any stems.
- In a saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until the mixture starts to bubble.
- Reduce heat and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the jam into sterilized jars and seal.
