Ingredients

- 1 lb mahi mahi fillets
- 2 tbsp blackening seasoning
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Rub mahi mahi fillets with blackening seasoning.
- Grill the fillets for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Warm corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble tacos by placing grilled mahi mahi on tortillas.
- Add shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro.
- Top with sour cream and a squeeze of lime.
