- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
- Rub cajun seasoning evenly over both sides of the salmon.
- Add olive oil to the skillet.
- Place the salmon fillets in the skillet skin-side down.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- Flip the fillets and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the salmon before serving.

- Adjust the spice level by using more or less cajun seasoning.
- Serve with sides like rice or vegetables.
