Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
  3. Rub cajun seasoning evenly over both sides of the salmon.
  4. Add olive oil to the skillet.
  5. Place the salmon fillets in the skillet skin-side down.
  6. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
  7. Flip the fillets and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  8. Drizzle lemon juice over the salmon before serving.
