Description
Crispy and flavorful salmon bites with a spicy bang bang sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. Set aside.
- In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Dip each salmon piece in the sauce, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the salmon bites until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve with the remaining sauce.
Notes
- Use fresh or thawed salmon.
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or rice.
