Description

Crispy and flavorful salmon bites with a spicy bang bang sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Dip each salmon piece in the sauce, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the salmon bites until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve with the remaining sauce.

Notes

  • Use fresh or thawed salmon.
  • Adjust spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
  • Serve with a side of vegetables or rice.
