Bang Bang Chicken Skewers are spicy, flavorful chicken pieces grilled on skewers.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot with extra sauce on the side.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
- Chicken can be marinated overnight for more flavor.
- Serve with fresh vegetables for a complete meal.
