Ingredients

- 4 cod fillets
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place cod fillets on top of the tomato mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cod is cooked through and flakes easily.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Serve with a side of vegetables or rice.
