- 500g chicken liver
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the chicken livers and remove any connective tissue.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Toss the chicken livers in the mixture until well coated.
- Spread the livers on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
