Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a sheet pan.
  4. Pour the glaze over the salmon, coating it evenly.
  5. Add broccoli and bell peppers around the salmon.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
