- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Place the salmon fillets on a sheet pan.
- Pour the glaze over the salmon, coating it evenly.
- Add broccoli and bell peppers around the salmon.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
