Ingredients

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 egg
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Mix well until fully combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs or patties.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Place kofte in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness and cook longer if needed.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
