Description

Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu, pressed and drained
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  4. Add the tofu cubes to the bowl and toss to coat.
  5. Sprinkle cornstarch over the tofu and mix gently.
  6. Place the tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
