- 1 egg, beaten

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine minced fish, red curry paste, green beans, cilantro, egg, breadcrumbs, and salt.
- Mold the mixture into small cakes.
- Place the fish cakes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
- Serve with dipping sauce of your choice.
