Ingredients

- 1 pound ground lamb
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Mix until combined, but do not overwork the meat.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
- Serve warm with your choice of sauce.

- Adjust the spices to your taste.
- For extra flavor, let the mixture rest for 30 minutes before cooking.
- These can be served with yogurt sauce or in pita bread.
