Description

Juicy and flavorful Moroccan lamb meatballs made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
  3. Mix until combined, but do not overwork the meat.
  4. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
  7. Serve warm with your choice of sauce.
