Description
A delicious and easy-to-make Lebanese beef kafta recipe cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, onion, parsley, garlic, cumin, allspice, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Shape the mixture into elongated patties.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the kafta in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes or until fully cooked, flipping halfway through.
- Serve hot with pita bread and your choice of sides.
Notes
- You can adjust spices to your preference.
- Serve with tahini sauce or yogurt dip.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
