Description

Air Fryer Indian Chicken 65 is a spicy, crispy chicken dish that is easy to prepare and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 500g chicken, boneless and cut into cubes
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt.
  2. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Add cornflour and oil to the marinated chicken and mix well.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (392°F).
  5. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Check for doneness and adjust cooking time if necessary.
  8. Serve hot with lemon wedges and cilantro.

Notes

  • You can adjust the spice level by varying the amount of chili powder.
  • Serve with a side of yogurt sauce or mint chutney.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days.
