Description
Air Fryer Indian Chicken 65 is a spicy, crispy chicken dish that is easy to prepare and packed with flavor.
Ingredients

- 500g chicken, boneless and cut into cubes
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt.
- Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Add cornflour and oil to the marinated chicken and mix well.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (392°F).
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness and adjust cooking time if necessary.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges and cilantro.
Notes
- You can adjust the spice level by varying the amount of chili powder.
- Serve with a side of yogurt sauce or mint chutney.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days.
