A simple and flavorful recipe for air fryer ginger soy chicken meatballs.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp green onion, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, green onion, sesame oil, black pepper, breadcrumbs, and egg.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce.
