Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp green onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, green onion, sesame oil, black pepper, breadcrumbs, and egg.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  5. Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
