Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix garlic, rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the lamb loin.
- Place the lamb loin in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.
- Let the lamb rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
