- 2 medium beets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Wash and peel the beets.
- Slice the beets thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.
- In a bowl, toss the beet slices with olive oil and salt.
- Place the beet slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove the chips once they are crispy and golden.
- Let them cool before serving.
